JUST IN: Atiku Reacts As Tinubu Wins APC Presidential Primary

Atiku has reacted as Tinubu won APC presidential primary.
THE NATION REPORTERS reports that the presidential candidate of the the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) , Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has congratulated Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for emerging the All Progressive Congress, APC, presidential flagbearer ahead of the 2023 general election
Recall that Tinubu got over 1,271 votes to defeat his closest rivals, ex-minister Rotimi Amaechi and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
While Amaechi polled 316 votes, Osinbajo scored 235 votes.
Congratulating the former Lagos governor, Atiku tweeted: “Congratulations, @officialABAT on your emergence as your party’s presidential candidate. It has been a hard-fought contest, but that you prevailed confirms your tenacity. -AA”
