2027: Tinubu Remains Silent As Aregbesola Speaks On Viral Report Of Meeting Him In France
The former Governor of Osun State, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, has denied the viral reports circulating on social media that he was in France to meet with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The reports, which gained significant traction, claimed that Aregbesola was scheduled for a secret meeting with the President in the European country.
Aregbesola, through his Media Adviser, Sola Fasure, swiftly refuted the claims, describing them as “false and unfounded.”
According to a statement released to the media, Aregbesola, is currently in Abuja, dispelling any notions of him leaving the country.
The statement further stressed that the report should be disregarded in its entirety.
As of press time, President Tinubu has remained silent on the matter, with no official comment or clarification from the presidency regarding the alleged meeting.
