BREAKING: Journalist Agba Jalingo Released On Bail

Agba Jalingo has been released on bail.
THE NATION REPORTERS reports that Cross River activist and journalist, Agba Jalingo, has been released on bail.
Recall that his Lagos residence was under siege by policemen and was been reportedly detained at Alapere Police Station, Lagos before he was moved to Abuja.
The wife of the activist, Violet Agba, had claimed that Jalingo was being arrested for alleged defamation of character of the wife of Frank Ayade, the brother of the Governor of Cross River State, Ben Ayade.
In a new development, the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, Omoyele Sowore, in a video posted on social media said Jalingo was granted bail and freed by the police.
