2023: South-South PDP Youth Presidential Campaign Council Meets In Asaba, Inaugurates Members To Campaign For Atiku/Okowa

The executives and leaders of the People’s Democratic Party National Youth Presidential Campaign Council South-South zone, have recently converged in Asaba the Delta State Capital to officially inaugurate Members and kick-start the State to State Campaign where youth leaders from various communities and wards across the South-South States would be engaged to amplify the goal of delivering the Atiku/Okowa mandate come 2023.

 

 

In his opening remarks the PDP Delta State Youth Leader and host of the event, Hon. Egbo Victor welcomed the State Cordinators and delegation from the various South-South States urging the Delta State Youth leaders in attendance to take a queue from the determination exhibited by all who took the pains of visiting from various States just to reassure Deltans that they’ll continue to promote the ideals and plans of The Presidential Candidate Alh. Atiku Abubakar and his running mate Dr Ifeanyi okowa to all and sundry.

 

He said he was confident that with all the State Governor had done in terms of human capital development, successful youth empowerment initiatives, and infrastructural upgrade in the state, that Delta Youths would give a hundred percent vote to Atiku and Okowa while also pledging N10million to any State in the South-South that can top the votes of Deltans.

The Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Rivers and Delta State Youth Cordinators of the NYPCC took turns to reel out the various plans they have for their States to ensure everyone in the grassroot is carried along and ready with thier permanent Voters Cards to vote PDP in 2023 while also accepting the challenge to top the Delta State Votes in the elections.

The Commissioner for Youth development Comrade Ifeanyi Egwunyenga and his counterpart Commissioner for Education Mr. Chiedu Ebie who also welcomed the delegation and charged all present not to be deterred by the manipulations of the opposition but rather be steadfast in the determination to save Nigeria from the myriads of challenges currently bedeviling the Nation and that it behoves the youths to achieve the change we want to see come 2023.

 

 

 

The Zonal Cordinator of the National Youth Presidential Campaign Council South-South Barr. Lloyd Owonaro thanked the host and the Delta State youth leaders in various capacities who were in attendance for the reception and deemed it fit to be present at the inaugural tour of the South-South NYPCC, reiterating also the crucial role youths in Nigeria play in determining the outcome of the 2023 elections encouraging everyone to reverberate the message of voting in PDP for economic development, end to insecurity, end to incessant strike actions by University lecturers, end to the seemingly soaring inflation among others.

 

He thanked the governor of Delta State Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa for the visible strides in the state which gives us the confident that he’ll replicate same when he emerges Vice president in 2023.

Barr. Owonaro concluded the event with the appointment of Comrade Orode Uduaghan as the Zonal female coordinator who will champion the sensitization and Mobilisation of women at all levels for a robust campaign.

 

He also announced Akwa Ibom as the next State for the tour however a date would be communicated.
