Rukuba Set To Receive Doctorate Degree Doctorate Degree In Finance and Administration From Prowess University

A Chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Plateau State, Alhaji Samaila Achigak Ahalu Rukuba is set to receive a doctorate degree (HONORIS CAUSA) in Finance and Administration (D.F.A) from Prowess University, Delaware, USA on May 20, 2023 at the University of Ibadan.

Alh. Samaila Achigak AHALU, SAA Rukuba, the Jakadan ZAMAN TARE, is being honored by the World at Large. The true sayings that “ A golden Fish has no hidden place” is manifesting in his Life.

Describing the nomination and award as exceptional and well deserved, Mr. Felix, Gbenga and Prof. FEMI Adegbulu “Our Class Governor has made it again, you have always provided classic leadership” SAA. Rukuba was the M.Sc Class Governor of 2002/2003 at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus (UNEC).

In his remarks, BB NABASU, a retired Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum, describes the nomination for the award of Doctorate to Rukuba as a “good omen, well deserved”.
