BREAKING: Nigeria Immigration Speaks On Bobrisky’s Arrest 

The Federal Government under the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has confirmed that it has taken custody of Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju, popularly known as Bobrisky, after intercepting him at the Seme Border while attempting to flee the country.

According to the NIS, Bobrisky is a person of interest in recent issues of public concern and is currently undergoing interrogation.

This was contained in a statement by the Service Public Relations Officer, KT Udo on Monday.

After the interrogation, he will be handed over to the appropriate authorities for further action.

The NIS has assured the public that it will continue to carry out its duties in a civil and professional manner, ensuring the country’s borders are secure.

The development comes after Bobrisky was invited to appear before the House of Representatives to address allegations of not serving his prison sentence, among other controversies.
