Video: Drama As President Mahama Mistakenly Addresses Tinubu As Ghana’s President
There was a mild drama on Tuesday as John Mahama mistakenly referred to Nigerian President, Bola Tinubu as the “President of Ghana” during his inauguration ceremony.
Mahama, 65, has officially been sworn in as Ghana’s president, succeeding Nana Akufo-Addo.
This marks Mahama’s second tenure as president, having previously served from July 2012 to January 2017.
His first presidency began following the passing of President John Evans Atta Mills in July 2012. Mahama completed that term and subsequently won the presidential election in 2012.
