Dr. Samaila A.A. Rukuba Celebrates Plateau SSG, Arch. Sam Jatau On His Birthday
In a heartfelt tribute, Dr. Samaila A.A. Rukuba has extended warm birthday wishes to the Secretary to the Government of Plateau State (SSG), Arc. Samuel Nanchang Jatau.
