Osun Assembly Aspirant, Hon. Kabir Olayemi Abioye Eniafe Congratulates Elende Of Eko Ende On Landmark Investment

A leading aspirant for the Osun State House of Assembly under the Ifelodun Constituency and a prince of Eko-Ende, Hon. Kabir Olayemi Abioye Eniafe has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Elende of Eko Ende, Oba Abdul Waheed Babatunde Adekunle, FCA (Ayunawa IV), on his completion of the Eko Ende Landmark, Nova Oil, Gas and Petrol Station.
The newly constructed filling station, located at KM 6, Ikirun/Ogbomoso Road, Power Line Area, Eko Ende, Osun State, is set to be officially commissioned on Wednesday, 6th August, 2025 at 11:00am prompt.
The project has been described as a significant stride in boosting the town’s economy and opening new doors for job creation and commercial growth.
Hon. Eniafe, who hails from the royal lineage of Eko Ende, described the project as a giant leap for the community. He praised the monarch for spearheading and facilitating such a significant investment, adding that Oba Abdul Waheed Babatunde Adekunle has shown exceptional leadership in promoting economic growth within the town.
He described the investment as not only timely but also a bold step towards redefining the socioeconomic landscape of the community.
“This is not just a petrol station but a symbol of transformation, opportunity, and hope for the people of Eko Ende and the entire Ifelodun Constituency. Oba Abdul Waheed Babatunde Adekunle has once again demonstrated what it means to be a progressive and development-driven royal father,” he said.
He went further to laud the monarch for creating an enabling environment that welcomes investment and private sector participation in local development.
According to him, the success of the Nova Oil and Gas project is a clear sign that Eko Ende is open for business and has immense potential for further growth.
He noted that the monarch’s initiative to attract and drive investments into the town would serve as a catalyst for further development and inspire both public and private sector stakeholders to contribute meaningfully to grassroots progress.
Hon. Eniafe also pledged his continued support for projects that prioritise the welfare of the people, assuring constituents of his commitment to championing policies that encourage local enterprise, infrastructural expansion, and youth empowerment when elected into office.
He further called on residents of Eko Ende and the Ifelodun Constituency at large to rally behind visionary leaders like Oba Abdul Waheed and continue to protect, patronise, and promote local investments that benefit the community.
The Eko Ende Landmark, Nova Oil, Gas and Petrol Station is expected to serve as a major service point for travellers and motorists along the Ikirun/Ogbomoso route, while also serving the fuel and gas needs of local residents. The project is viewed as one of the most ambitious private sector-led investments in the area in recent times.
