Oba Aromolaran’s Death: Ijesa Elders Declare 7-Day Curfew
Following the death of the Owa-Obokun of Ijesaland, Oba Adekunle Aromolaran, the Ijesa Elders have announced 7-day curfew, Dtruth Insights reports.
Dtruth Insights gathered that the curfew will run starting from today, Thursday by 10pm -6 and end on the 7th day.

In an official announcement on behalf of the Agba Ijesa, the Ogboni of Ipole-Ijesa, Oba Omokehinde Samson Oyebade Oyeleye, made the solemn pronouncement.
The declaration took place in the presence of other high-ranking Ijesa chiefs, including the Alademure of Ibokun, Oba Festus Awogboro; the Oba Odo of Ilesa, High Chief James Gbadamosi; the Yeyerise of Ilesa, High Chief Bola Ojo; and the Asiwaju of Ijesaland, Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi.
During the announcement, Oba Oyeleye paid tribute to Oba Aromolaran’s leadership and contributions to Ijesaland, lauding his wisdom and dedication to the development of Ijesaland.
