Tragedy in Ibadan: WAEC Student Killed by Stray Bullet During Police Chase

A young life was tragically cut short today in Ibadan when a student, on his way to sit for his West African Examination Certificate (WAEC) exam, was killed by a stray bullet reportedly fired by police officers.
