The reinvigoration, reconstitution of the OPERATION RAINBOW, the empowerment of the youth leadership and local Chiefs and opinion moulders in the security architecture, the sanctioning and rewarding of of Culprits viz a viz peace advocates, is the best approach to everlasting peace. The resettlement of displaced victims to their ancestral locations, recovery of annexed Kands and settlements are no mean achievements.
“Kindly accept once again, the massive goodwill messages as “ZAMAN TARE” keys in.”
