BREAKING: Again, Gunmen Attack Ondo Community, Kill Four

• Gunmen has again attacked Ondo Community and killed four.

THE NATION REPORTERS reports that no fewer than four persons, including tea sellers, a commercial driver and road side traders have been shot dead by gunmen operating on motorcycles.

The killing occured around Sabo and Igba area of Ondo town.

This came 72 hours after some terrorists attacked St. Francis Catholic Church, Owo, killing about 40 people.

Several other church members were injured in the attack.

A source said it was some cultists that attacked a rival cult group.

Another source said the mission of the gunmen was unknown as they shot sporadically, killing three persons in Sabo and one person at Igba.

It was gathered a commercial driver that stopped to eat in the area was shot dead.

The Police Public Relations Officer of the state, Mrs Funmilayo Odunlami, confirmed the incident.

She, however, said it was a robbery case, adding that men of the command were already on the trail of the perpetrators
