The operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) have arrested an alleged vote buyer during the ongoing Ondo governorship election.

In a video seen by Dtruth Insights, it was gathered that the suspect was caught with two large ‘Ghana Must Go’ bags stuffed with cash inside his car on Saturday.

The suspect, was therefore, taken away by the DSS operatives amid multitude crowd presence.

Dtruth Insights reports that this is coming three days after the Inter-Party Advisory Council, IPAC, has issued a stern warning against vote-buying in the Saturday’s Ondo State governorship election.

Chairman of IPAC, Yusuf Dantalle, gave the warning at a stakeholders’ voters sensitization programme in Akure, Ondo state capital.

He also urged the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and security agencies to remain neutral and impartial
