Video: Watch Moment EFCC Operatives Drag Away Yahaya Bello As Court Remands Him
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has taken former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, back to custody.
Dtruth Insights reports that Bello was taken back to custody after the court adjourned his trial to December 10, 2024.
Justice Maryanne Anenih of the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja on Wednesday ordered the remand of the former governor in the EFCC custody.
The judge adjourned till December 10, 2024, to rule on his bail application.
Bello and two others, Shuaibu Oricha and Abdulsalam Hudu, are facing 16 counts brought against them by the EFCC.
